Cooking Pots
Cooking with the right pots is critical. Knowing what
brands are reliable and trusted will ensure a wise purchase. Some pots
will be cheap but make sure they are quality before purchasing. Buying
a pot that will break or rust is pointless.
Look for handles that are bolted or riveted on and that are made from
metal. Avoid plastic handles and handles that have been glued, welded,
or screwed on. Also make sure the material is a safe material for food.
Quality metal is important. Look for stainless steel that has a copper
core or heating surface for optimum performance. Untreated copper is
unsafe for food so make sure the copper is coated or lined with stainless
steel.
